The New Play Guide is Here!

Hello dear parents and caregivers! Tiffany, the founder of Busy Little Book Club, here to share something exciting that’s just arrived: the Read + Play guide!

Starting this month, every subscription now includes a digital Play Guide made to help you bring every book in your monthly box to life at home. It’s kind of like your ready-to-use companion, a way to extend the fun beyond storytime.

Each Play Guide includes themed activities, printables, story read-alouds, and a curated music playlist to match the month’s focus. You can see the latest (and past) Play Guides from your Account or by scanning the QR code on the insert in your box.

Everything in the Play Guide is made to be easy to use whether you have ten minutes for a quick activity or want to build a full afternoon around the theme. The activities are even scaffolded for multiple age ranges so you can bring playtime into storytime no matter what age your child is!

My goal is to make meaningful play feel doable, to help you connect with your child and build those early social, emotional, and academic skills using diverse, inclusive, and engaging stories.

No complicated prep. No pressure to be perfect. Just thoughtful, engaging ideas and activities you can pull up when you need them.
